Construction Update
October 2025
Below are the construction updates on the progress being made at Cormont at Deer Valley East Village for October 2025.
- Tower 1: Underground mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough ins are ongoing.
- All mat and perimeter footings are complete.
- Level 1 concrete columns and walls are ongoing with first slab on grade pour scheduled for October.
- Finalizing plaza landscaping design and Cormont amenity finishes.
- West Parking garage and Tower 5 under permit review with Wasatch County.
